Hi, I’m Joey Ruffalo.
I believe small businesses deserve more than generic advice and a list of things they should be doing. They deserve a partner who will listen, ask the right questions, and help turn ideas into a realistic plan.
My background includes financial coaching, business growth strategy, media, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. I hold an MBA in Financial Planning, am a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach, and have spent years helping people make decisions, overcome challenges, and move toward their goals.
As the host of The Prosperity Lounge, I’ve had the opportunity to speak with business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs about the lessons, opportunities, and challenges that shape their journeys. Those conversations have reinforced something I believe deeply: successful growth starts with clarity, relationships, and consistent action.
